Diamond Cove, located in the south-east part of Calgary is a small residential neighborhood bounded to the east by the Bow River, to the north by Deerfoot Trail and Anderson Road, to the west by Bow Bottom Trail and the south by Queensland.
Diamond Cove was separated from the Queensland community in the year 1991. The community provides great access to major road arteries such as the Anderson Road and the Deerfoot Trail. To the north and east, Diamond Cove is encompassed by the Bow River and to the south by Diamond Drive. The community enjoys the closeness to the nearby shopping and the Fish Creek Park
The community of Diamond Cove was recognized in 1991, long after it was annexed in 1961.
