Patterson Heights, located in the south-west quadrant of Calgary, Alberta, is a residential neighborhood bounded by Bow Track to the south, Sarcee Track to the north and east, Old Banff Coach Road to the south and the 69 Street to the west.
Patterson Heights with a land area of 0.77 square miles used to be mostly agricultural lands widely known as Broadcast Hill because of the 250m tower located here.
In 1988 at the time of the 15th Olympic Winter Games, Patterson Heights gave space to the Broadcast Hill Media Village. The place was annexed in the year 1956, and the neighborhood was established in 1983
