Temple is a residential community in Calgary, Alberta. Its land was taken by the city of Calgary in 1961 and was initially named as “The Properties” with its development beginning in the year 1977. It was then divided into four divisions of which the Temple was one. It is represented in the Calgary City Council by Ward 5 Councilor.
The real estate here comes built around the late 70s and early 80s and is known for its home varieties. It has bi-levels, splits, bungalow and duplexes. Temple is the ultimate middle-class real estate with its price reaching as low as $220K although you can also find upper-middle-class residences for around $500,000.
